We want to empower the young women and men in the two districts of Sivagangai and Ramnad with multiple competencies to work in different streams of life– in particular:

• to dedicate themselves towards achieving the objective of poverty eradication by enhancing employment and entrepreneurial opportunities for young women and men,
• to take up entrepreneurial activities enhancing the local resources,
• to become professionally qualified for employment in the multifarious service sector,
• to engage actively and responsibly in governance systems at various levels,
• to commit themselves to protect and promote sustainable environment,
• to network with individuals and institutions engaged in similar professions and in making interventions for social transformation in society,
• to find meaning in nurturing and developing local cultures and traditions that build and sustain human relationships and communities,
• to inspire others to become compassionate and serviceable towards humans and nature, and
• to find joy and fulfilment in enhancing human, material, financial and infrastructure resources for developing the two districts in different fields and at various levels.
